๐๐๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ง๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ๐: 2 minutes
In my 38 yearsโand after attending and working more events than I can countโnot once have I attended a book convention.
(Another confession: I had to do math to confirm I am, indeed, 38. ๐ ๐)
As a neurospicy gal, new places, new experiences, and large crowds have a tendency to make me an anxious celery stick. And my preferred coping mechanism? Planning the ๐๐๐จ๐ค๐ก๐ช๐ฉ๐ ๐จ๐๐๐ฉ out of everything.
That being said, I can absolutely see myself walking onto the exhibit floor, immediately becoming overwhelmed by 150+ author booths and approximately 47 sprayed-edge special editions calling my name.
(RIP wallet.)
So, in true Type A reader fashion, I made a spreadsheet.
And then it… escalated.
Quickly.
Exponentially.
Terrifyingly.
What started as a simple list of attending authors turned into a full-blown convention planner.
The tracker includes:
- ๐ Attending authors
- โจ Genres
- ๐ Books and series
- ๐ฑ Instagram handles
- ๐ฆ Kindle Unlimited availability
- โค๏ธ Books you’ve read
- ๐๏ธ Books you already own
- โ๏ธTracking signatures, purchases, table numbers, and more
Whether you’re trying to figure out which books to pack, plan your shopping strategy, or simply avoid buying the same book twice (no judgment), hopefully this makes convention weekend just a little less chaotic.
I’ve intentionally left several columns blank so you can customize it however works best for you. Add table numbers, highlight your must-visit authors, color-code to your heart’s contentโI won’t stop you.
(In fact, if you want to show off your finished spreadsheet, I will absolutely ooh and ahh over it appropriately.)
You can download the tracker below and make it your own.
Happy planning, and if you’re heading to Villains & Vixens… may your tote bag survive the weekend.
See you there! ๐

A quick note: I did my best to make this as accurate as possible. If you spot an error or an author update, leave me a comment on the Google Sheet! I’ll do my best to keep everything up to date leading up to the event.

Printable Floor Map Added
Since publishing the planner, I put together a cleaner, printable floor map and alphabetical booth directory to make navigating the signing a little easier.
